- To spread, promote and provide the knowledge in discipline of physical education throughout the country. Further, developing sports culture in today’s youth.
- To work as partners with different state, national and International associations/Federations for conducting or organising different sports events.
- To generate a platform for the trainers and trainees of the sport to present the sport at national as well as international stages.
- To give scholarships to the deserving and poor trainees/players of the sport and provide for employment opportunities for trainers.
- To educate the public at large on the rights of the women and the means of enforcing such rights for the achievement of equality, development and peace. Further, to work for the achievement of goals aiming at women empowerment.
- To educate the women of the country about the sport and there by prompting them to learn self-defense which in turn means women safety.
- To establish support run and grant aid or other financial assistance the institute (in the Name of Matsogido Institute of Martial Art, Matsogido India, Matsogido Tournament Committee. Matsogido Education. The governing body may change the name of the Committee /Institution/College if they mutually so decide) Colleges including Physical college, Libraries, Reading rooms, Heath & Physical Education Laboratories, Research & Other Institutions of the like nature in India for the use of students and the staff and for the development and advancement of Education & diffusion of knowledge amongst the public in general & to provide employment consultancy & help the general public in their employment in India & abroad.
- To establish maintain & run studentship scholarships and render other kind of aid to students including supply of Physical Education Books stipends, medals & other incentives to study without any distinction as to caste, colour, race, creed or sex with priority to scheduled castes/ scheduled Tribes/ Minorities economically weaker sections.
- To promote the establish support maintain & grant aid to institution for the promotions for science, Literature, music, films, drama, fine arts, for the preservation of historical monuments and for the research and their institutions in India having similar objects for the benefit of the public in general in the name of Matsogido.
- To establish maintain or grant aid for parks, gardens, sports clubs, Self-Defence Art, Matsogi-Do Martial Art Club, Yoga Classes Musafirkhana Dharmshalas & rest houses, gaushalas etc for public utility.
- To grant aid for render assistance to other public charitable Activities and institutions.
- To work in the field of consumer awareness, road safety, non-conventional energy, human rights, and women rights, etc.
- To establish & develop institutions for the physically handicapped persons & mentally retarded persons and to provide them education, foods clothing or other help.
- Any other object that may be added by unanimous decision of the governing body member through a resolution passed at two succeeding meetings of the Board Member.
